Founded in 1974 by Mr. Abdussalam Kashadah, Kashadah & Co. has grown from a single office into one of Libya’s most respected and enduring professional services firms.
Mr. Kashadah, a graduate of the University of Libya (Faculty of Economy and Commerce, 1969), played a pivotal role in Libya’s oil nationalization efforts. Between 1969 and 1975, he served in the Ministry of Petroleum’s accounting department, where he contributed to the development and review of the accounting laws that govern oil companies in Libya to this day.
Our journey is rooted in his vision of combining technical excellence with national service. Over the decades, our firm has established professional associations with global giants:
Price Waterhouse Abu-Ghazaleh (1974–1980)
Arthur Andersen Worldwide (1988–2001)
Deloitte & Touche (M.E.) (2003–2012)
Moores Rowland International (since 2020)
Andersen Tax & Legal (since 2020)
These partnerships reflect our commitment to evolving with the profession while maintaining deep ties to Libya’s legal, financial, and industrial landscape.
Today, Kashadah & Co. offers a broad range of services — from tax, audit, and advisory to specialized oil & gas consulting — with a multilingual team that includes professionals holding international qualifications from the US and UK.
We are proud of our legacy, and even prouder of the trust we’ve built with clients across sectors: oil and energy, banking, government, and international organizations.
At Kashadah & Co., we are not just accountants — we are partners in progress, helping businesses grow, comply, and thrive in a changing world.
